Colette Hollifield serves as Director of Operations at Schlieman Wealth, where she plays a central role in ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly while continually enhancing the client experience. With a strong foundation in both accounting and leadership, Colette brings structure, clarity, and consistency to internal processes and client-facing operations.
Colette is responsible for implementing strategic solutions that support Schlieman Wealth’s long-term vision, streamlining operational workflows, and maintaining a high standard of service. She oversees office operations and financial administration, including benefits and retirement plans, coordinates advisor schedules, prepares portfolio review materials, and leads a team of operations associates. Through her leadership, she fosters a collaborative, organized, and forward-thinking environment that allows advisors to remain focused on serving clients.
Colette is also deeply involved in developing and supporting client relationships. From onboarding new clients to addressing ongoing service needs, she serves as a trusted point of contact and an integral part of the client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the Schlieman Wealth’s commitment to thoughtful, personalized service.
Colette joined Sullivan & Schlieman Wealth Management in 2011 after working for the Forsyth County Tax Commissioner’s Office, where she developed a strong appreciation for precision, accountability, and public service. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Georgia College and State University and later completed her Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
Outside the office, Colette lives in the North Hall community with her husband, Daniel, and their two children, Harbor and Holt. Her family enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling, and hunting. The Hollifields’ are active members of their church and regularly serve in the children’s ministry.
Colette also enjoys being involved in her children’s school and extracurricular activities, and she currently serves as Vice President of the North Hall Community Education Foundation, supporting educational opportunities and initiatives that strengthen the local community.
